Shared electronic bundle

The shared electronic bundle is an essential component of preparing your case and the hearing itself. All key documents and material are uploaded onto one secure central platform that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

Highlight and annotate text, share comments and add smart tags and hyperlinks between documents. Collaborate in real time with team members and set up separate workspaces for other key stakeholders, such as counsel, witnesses, or experts.

Realtime Transcription

Our Realtime Transcription is a unique capability that provides a dedicated interface for accessing, viewing, and managing your transcripts.

Users will follow, annotate, and add hyperlinks to the live transcripts during the hearing as well as access finalised transcripts, complete with synchronised audio files, at the end of each hearing day. A built-in secure chat functionality can also be used by parties to communicate securely during the hearing.

Electronic Presentation of Evidence (EPE)

Automatically follow the live evidence being presented during a hearing in your own private workspace and view your notes and annotations during the hearing.

The EPE screen presents a clean copy of the document. Follow presenter will automatically open the corresponding copy in your private workspace that includes your own notes in your personal screen where you can continue to annotate and add notes securely.
